Overview and Role of AI Fabrik
AI Fabrik, Inc. (“AI Fabrik”, “we”, “our”) provides AI inference services through its platform, APIs, and related infrastructure (the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle information in connection with the Services.
Our Role:
- For account, billing, and operational data, AI Fabrik acts as a data controller.
- For inference requests (prompts, inputs, outputs), AI Fabrik acts as a service provider / processor and processes data solely on customer instructions.
AI Fabrik is an enterprise AI infrastructure platform. We do not sell personal data and do not operate an advertising business.
Where applicable under GDPR, AI Fabrik processes personal data on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations.
Data Location:
Our infrastructure is currently located in the United States. As we expand, additional regions may be introduced, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

Where data is transferred internationally, AI Fabrik implements appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
Information We Collect
Account Information:
- Name
- Email address
- Organization name
- User role and permissions
Billing Information:
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
- We do not store full credit card numbers.
- Payment details are stored directly by Stripe.
- We may receive limited billing metadata such as last four digits, card brand, payment status, and transaction confirmations.
Usage & Operational Metadata:
- Account identifier
- Model used
- Token usage
- Timestamp of requests
- Error codes
- IP address (for security, fraud prevention and abuse prevention)
This does not include prompts, inputs, outputs, or model responses.
Inference Content
AI Fabrik’s inference services are designed as stateless compute services.
- Prompts, inputs, outputs, and model responses are processed in memory.
- AI Fabrik does not store inference content.
- AI Fabrik does not log prompts or responses.
- AI Fabrik does not use inference content for model training.
We operate under a Zero Data Retention model by default. This applies to prompts, inputs, outputs, and model responses, but does not apply to limited operational metadata described above.
How Information Is Used
We may use information to:
- Provide and operate the Services
- Manage accounts and prepaid credits
- Prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse
- Maintain system reliability and security
- Respond to support inquiries
- Comply with legal obligations
Where applicable, AI Fabrik processes personal data based on its legitimate business interests, including improving service reliability, security, and performance, provided such interests are not overridden by applicable law.
AI Fabrik does not use personal data for advertising or behavioral profiling .
Sharing of Information
We may share limited information with:
- Stripe for payment processing
- Service providers supporting operations, infrastructure, or security
- Authorities when required by law
All service providers are subject to confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
All service providers act as processors/service providers and are contractually bound to process data only on our instructions.
Data Retention
- Account and billing records may be retained as retained for operational and legal purposes typically for up to seven (7) years in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Usage metadata may be retained for a limited period necessary for billing, fraud prevention, and security.
- Inference content is not retained.
Data may be deleted upon account termination, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Security
We implement reasonable safeguards including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS)
- Access controls
- Monitoring and logging
- Role-based permissions
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a confirmed data breach affecting personal data, AI Fabrik will notify affected users in accordance with applicable law.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, including applicable laws such as California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and GDPR, you may have rights to:
- Access personal data
- Request correction or deletion
- Object to or restrict processing
- Request data portability

California Section
California residents have the right to know, access, delete, and correct personal information. AI Fabrik does not sell or share personal data as defined under CPRA.
Children:
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and AI Fabrik does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates are effective upon posting.
Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California.
